I have had the pleasure of having Beth as a trainer for 5 years. At the time, all of my workouts were cardio only and I was looking for more variety as well as inspiration on how to incorporate effective strength training and HIIT workouts. Being new to this level and type of workout I did not know what to expect, however the great results prompted me to not only continue our training well past my initial 6 month time commitment, but has also changed my outlook on workouts in general. Through Beth's persistence, clear knowledge of health and fitness combined with an upbeat personality, I now consider her workouts as important if not MORE so than anything I was doing before. Best of all I am not only more toned, with a noticeably more defined athletic and lean physique (Even after two kids!) but these workouts have also positively impacted my cardio capabilities and I was able to achieve a personal record in my running time. Our weekly interactions are a staple in my healthcare routine and something I look forward to!
