Let’s be real — these days there’s an abundance of fitness and health information out there. It can be difficult to decipher what’s legit, and what’s a waste of time. I created Miss Modern Wellness to help you make sense of all the noise — and in turn be the best version of yourself.
I’m not an overnight fitness fanatic. My credentials, and years of experience working with women led to Miss Modern Wellness. I’m an NASM certified Personal Trainer with specialities in Prenatal and PostPartum Exercise, Fitness Nutrition, Behavior Change, and Corrective Exercise. I studied Sports Medicine and Journalism in college — and have had a lifelong appreciation for health, and writing about it. Through years of working with women to help them meet their goals I’ve found that most of us don’t know how good our bodies were designed to feel. My goal is help remedy that!
I’m a healthy foodie who appreciates a chilled glass of champagne almost as much as a sweaty Soul Cycle class. I’m definitely not the trainer who’s going to tell you to choose between pizza and kale. If you’re into finding a way to meet your goals without missing out you’re in the right place! Life is hard. Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be.
